Nikiana is a picturesque village which blends between the mountains and the sea. This small village has no direct town center. The houses and pensions are spread along the coastline. Fanis apartments is situated on the eastcoast of the island, 8 Kilometers from the city of Lefkada.
There are six apartments (about 50 square meters each) with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The other six apartments (about 20 square meters each) have one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. Every kitchen has a gas-cooker, a fridge, pots, pans, tableware and everything else you need.
Within walking distance, you have several restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, a bakery and other shops. All apartments have a beautiful view over the sea. The rooms on the first floor have a balkony, the rooms on ground level have a small terrace with direct access to the beach which is only 5 meters away.
Between the beach and the apartements, there is the ?evergreen garden? with lawn and shady trees. Free deckchairs are supplied for our guests.
There is a free private parking in front of the apartment complex.
