we stayed in august and liked everything very much . breakfast have been very tasty. restaurant in villa cooks nice, u should not go out to the city). the swimming pool is very clean and good. grass is soft and cut and green like carpet. rooms are clean every day. location is very well, the city is close , walking distance but at night it is very quiet to sleep. the sea is very near and beach in front of hotel is very small pebble almost sand, you even dont need special swim footwear.i would recommend it and would gladly stay there again.

Excellent location, excellent rooms, excellent pool, excellent personel

We like very much Greece and in special Lefkada for beautiful places that it has. We come here 2 times and every year we stayed at Xenia Apartment: it is a good location at 80 m to the beach ( 3 minutes), with an excellent accommodation.Every room or studio look very nice, has air condition, TV, wireless, own balcony. The place has private parking, a garden, a swimming pool, a small bar for breakfast and lunch. The people are friendly and they work very much to keep the place clean, beautiful and comfortable. The place is extremely clean and well equipped. We enjoy a lot to stay here!!
