Agrilides complex consists of two, new-built, stone and luxurious villas. Each villa has its own swimming pool in a 4,000 sq. m. of land with magnificent sea view. The villas are built at the center of an olive grove in Lefkada.
The complex is located in Agia Marina, 1 km from the Town of Lefkada and 400 m from the famous beach of Agios Ioannis, which has been awarded with the blue flag. This beach is ideal for the lovers of water sports (windsurfing, kite surfing, etc).
The access to Agrilides is very easy as it lies just 1 km from the island?s entrance. The guests of Agrilides will have the chance to explore the surrounding area ? on foot or by bike ? and the rest of the island, as the villas have easy access to the arterial roads of Lefkada.
The Agrilides villas operate since May 2009.
Each villa consists of two floors, which connect through an interior wooden staircase. Each villa can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The ground floor comprises of a kitchen and dinning ? sitting area, with fireplace and one bedroom with its own bathroom.
The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have either one double bed or two single beds and A/C.
The sitting area can sleep 2 extra persons, as it has a sofa which turns into a double bed.
All spaces have autonomous heating / air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances (cooker, refrigerator, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, etc), cooking utensils and kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee ?tea maker, juice extractor, etc).
Additionally the villas are equipped with iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Both floors have big, furnished verandas, with view to the sea.
Each villa has a swimming pool (45 sq. m.), kiosks, barbecue and spacious parking space.
The dense vegetation of the garden and of the surrounding area offers quietness and calmness to all guests.
The villas are ideal for those wishing to relax by to the sea, but also be close to the city center.
